These Terms and the relationship between you and MANYRI shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms must be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

 

2. ORIGINAL FINE ART & CUSTOM COMMISSIONS

All physical paintings, canvases, mixed media art, and bespoke commission works showcased, sold, or arranged through this Website are handmade, unique, and subject to individual creative variance. By purchasing an original piece or initiating a custom fine art commission contract, you acknowledge that you are acquiring the physical piece only. All copyrights, reproduction rights, and intellectual property rights remain exclusively with the artist IrynaM and the brand house MANYRI. You may not commercially copy, replicate, or print reproductions of the artwork without prior express written license.

 

3. MUSIC, SOUNDSCAPES & STREAMING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All music compositions, arrangements, audio tracks, and musical soundscapes distributed under the artist name

IrynaM or the brand name MANYRI, which are embedded on or linked from this Website (including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube, Amazon and other social media links), are protected under United States and international copyright laws.

Any unauthorized public synchronization, commercial broadcast, adaptation, or digital redistribution of the music without an executed, paid Synchronization License from MANYRI is strictly prohibited.

 

4. FUTURE PRODUCT OFFERINGS (ACTIVEWEAR & SKINCARE)

MANYRI reserves the right to modify, expand, or introduce future product classifications, including but not limited to custom luxury activewear, apparel garments, and skincare cosmetic formulations. These Terms will apply to any future categories upon their official commercial deployment on the Website. The collection of waitlist email entries for future categories does not guarantee product availability or constitute an offer to sell.

 

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, MANYRI and the artist IrynaM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Website, custom art acquisitions, or shipping selections.
