MANYRI SHIPPING, INSURANCES & REFUND POLICY

1. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, AND FINAL SALES POLICY
At MANYRI, we pride ourselves on curating high-end, elite, original artistic expressions. Because each piece of fine art is an irreplaceable physical original, or a custom-commissioned work created entirely to a client's specific environmental parameters (dimensions, color profiles, and media styles):
ALL SALES ARE ABSOLUTELY FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
By executing an order on this Website or submitting a downpayment for a custom commission project, you explicitly acknowledge and consent to this irrevocable policy. There are no cooling-off periods or structural exchanges once a downpayment or full acquisition transaction has cleared.
2. SHIPPING CONFIGURATIONS & CUSTOMER TRANSPORT RESPONSIBILITY
Due to the fragile, highly valuable, and unique nature of custom canvases and fine art framing, standard automated commercial shipping rates are completely disabled for original art segments on this platform.
SHIPPING COORDINATION: Upon completion or selection of an artwork, the buyer must directly communicate their logistical preferences with the MANYRI team. The physical transport arrangements must be manually configured and explicitly confirmed.
FREIGHT & COURIER COSTS: All logistical packaging, professional wood-crating, localized courier handling, and international/domestic air freight charges are the sole financial responsibility of the buyer and will be billed separately or charged directly to the buyer's preferred shipping account.
3. MANDATORY TRANSIT INSURANCE POLICY
Because MANYRI does not possess control over third-party structural couriers or global cargo handling networks:
The customer is strictly required to secure and purchase comprehensive, independent shipping insurance covering the full valuation of the acquired fine art piece prior to shipment dispatch.
MANYRI and the artist IrynaM are completely absolved of all legal liability, structural responsibility, or financial indemnification for any damage, structural cracks, liquid stains, environmental warping, delays, loss, or theft that occurs once the physical artwork leaves our studio workspace and is accepted into the custody of the designated transport courier.
